dc.description.abstract | This research study attempts to establish the similarity and consensus among the four Imams of the Schools of Thoughts in jurisprudence through the semantlcs of the four different jurisprudence writings. Highlighting the semantics of the four dlfferent jurisprudence writings in Arabic -an attempt to establish similarity in the writings of four Imams of jurisprudence with the linguistic methods and characteristics. This is to prove that these four Imams of schools of thought in jurisprudence were unanimous and consensus in opinions in their verdicts and rulings which are proving the similarity among their works. The core aim and glorious theme of my research of this theses is to prove the unity and unanimity through schools of thoughts in their Arabic writings of Semantics, so that to get rid of creating sectarianism out of ignorance and aggressiveness and is a simple niche to the people in the darkness,whose adherents and followers are divided themselves into countless sects,subsects,and subdivisions in the name of schools of thoughts in the community. For finding a definite conclusion to build unity, unanimity and uniqueness among the different adherents of various schools of thoughts, and to learning more about legal rules and verdicts of the scholars from among the four founders of schools of thoughts and their deduction of the jurisprudence from the authentic sources, this research theses will be very much useful for further proceed. The research methodologyof this theses refers to the semantics in the Arabic writings of four Imams of jurisprudence specifically written by four schools of thought, founded by Imam Abu Hanifa,Imam Malik,Imam AI Shafi’e and Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal. As an integral part of the semantics in the writings of four Imams, this research is prepared in 5main chapters, discussing with total 407 semantics, 419 definitions of terminologies, and 1112 rules and verdicts based on these semantics, highlighted the specific meanings of jurisprudence after explaining the linguistic and lexicographical terms, both literary and jurisprudence meanings,expressing the jurisprudence rules and regulations reflecting based on each specific terminology refers to, by the compilation of the provisions, rules, and verdicts from four different Schools of Thoughts in Jurisprudence through the books and references written by them. This theses contains some of the most important findings, as a conclusion of this research through summarizing the issues and subjects on which the four founders of jurisprudence have been leniently consensus on their rules, verdicts and viewpoints in order to establish the similarity, unity and unanimity among them and concluded with the recommendation pertaining to the necessity to have a comparative study about the semanticsin the different writings off our Imams of jurisprudence,and to work on a linguistic lexicon/semantics compiling the language and terminology of Islamic jurisprudence inorder to establish the similarity. | en_US |
